Ways to Improve Your Mental Health

  • Breathe, breathing exercises 3x daily
  • Get a good night sleep
  • Eat whole foods, reduce sugar and processed foods
  • Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water
  • Get moving, take a walk, stretch, yoga, any type of exercise
  • Practice mindfulness
  • Guided/Non-Guided Meditation and/Prayer

  • Music-Stimulated Relaxation
  • Baths, Massages, Nature Time- Relaxation

  • Don’t believe everything you think
  • Remember, Emotions come and go, we experience them, we don’t become them.
